black screening pc problem

hello, im having a problem with my pc where when try to play games and load up my pc, randomly it'll just shut off completely as if I held the power button. I have a 5600x with a 5700xt and a 750w psu. I already bought a whole new psu thinking my old one was dying because of its really loud fan noise it had but it didn't fix the issue, ive remounted my gpu and updated it's drivers, haven't touched my cpu nor my ram though. I did a cmd check on my hdd and ssd and both times it came back as being okay and healthy. I reinstalled windows 11 to see if that would help but the problem persists, if anyone has any ideas of what it could be, please let me know and don't be afraid to ask for more details.
