i Recently Downloaded Windows 7 from my Old Bookmark That Still Had The Windows 7 download officially from Microsoft on my old PC.

And I want to know how to make a  usb installer with rufus, For Windows 7.

Like i meant i had the iso on my old bookmark on my old pc.

Not sure what you are asking but rufus has a feature for downloading WIndows ISO for you.

 

To do so

  1. Open rufus
  2. Open settings (third button at bottom of the window)
  3. Enable updates (daily, weekly or monthly)
  4. Close and reopen rufus
  5. Click the down arrow on the Select button. Choose download button
  6. Choose version of Windows you want to download
