What is this part called?

So I'm looking for the name of a part. I actually only have the idea of the part, I don't really even know if it exists. I'll try to explain it. So imagine your standard ball bearing. Now lay it flat so its on the ground. Remove the inner and outer ring. Now place a washer on the balls so that it can spin on top of them. Ok, never mind, that was a really bad explanation. Here, imagine the rotating plate in a microwave. You know how under the plate there is a ring with wheels on it? And the plate sits on top of that in order to spin? (Except in my mind the plate is the washer and its on both sides of the bearing and the plastic wheels are metal bearing balls.) It's like that. Please tell me this exists.
