Hello forum dwellers, I've been out of the laptop scene for a while and in need of assistance, I want something small, thin, light  basically that can fit in between a few books in an average backpack and almost be forgotten its there, maybe like 14" or smaller, good battery, not saying I need it to play high end games for 18 hours just good enough it can go 8+ hours with a bunch of text editors, word processing and such, 16 gig ram+, I don't much care what ssd it comes with aslong as I can slap in a couple TB sata or m.2 later on, fast enough CPU+GPU it could game (but I'm not gaming) , and enough multitasking ability I could Mild editing, Google many many tabs at once, youtube streaming, small compiling at the same time

(within reason) and id like to spend less than $800USD...anything like that?

Ryzen 5800X3D(Because who doesn't like a phat stack of cache?) GPU - 7700Xt

                                                           X470 Strix f gaming, 32GB Corsair vengeance, WD Blue 500GB NVME-WD Blue2TB HDD, 700watts EVGA Br

~Extra L3 cache is exciting, every time you load up a new game or program you never know what your going to get, will it perform like a 5700x or are we beating the 14900k today? 😅~

If you can find a used LG Gram 14, 2022 model1 it should suit your needs.

The going rate is around 800USD on eBay, Amazon etc.
