JBL Sound 5.1 Suddenly Not Working

Hey all. 

 

I have a JBL sound bar 5.1. Today, I was going to set it up to work with my TV via HDMI arc. As soon as I plugged the HDMI cable in the TV, the soundbar stopped working. Before this, I had already paired the soundbar with my phone and used it so it definitely worked. Now, the display won't even turn on, but the wireless surround speakers that attach with it are charging when the soundbar is plugged in.

 

My troubleshooting tries:

  • I removed the HDMI, but it still didn't work.
  • I unplugged and plugged it in again several times.
  • I switched the power chord with the one of the subwoofer.
  • I tried to reset it.

Is there anything else that I can try to do?
