GPU wont boot in my computer

I got a rx 580, works in one out of three tested computers, other gpus work in the other two, the psu is large enough in all, what could the reason be?

cant download drivers without it in, cant have it in without drivers

Have to remove them with an other GPU or iGPU then, I've bought a $20 used GT710 for that kind of issues

i have other GPUS, but amd wont let me download drivers without a rx580 inside, maybe a igpu would work but buying a 150 dollar CPU or a new motherboard and cpu isnt worth it

Don't try to install them before putting the card in, just remove them and try to boot (using basic windows drivers), then reinstall them

ok... Do you have some board lights or code when it fails to boot ?

Reset CMOS as well, it can't hurt

Then describe what's happening, it's everything works but no display ? After reseating and checking pwoer cables ?

Did you try slotting the GPU in the 2nd PCIe slot if there's any ?

everything starts, no display, reseated over 5 times and works in other computer gpus that take more power work in my computer
