is amd raid not good?

in one of the videos on youtube of linus tech tips youtube channel, someone said amd raid is not good. in which video did that had been said and why is this true?

 

since i've had always trouble with raid configured storage, i was happy when i have set up a raid 1 on a business pc with 2 nvmes pcie4 with a ryzen 7600 with the help of amd raidxpert2.
