pls help (keyboard restoration

so i was looking through my basement with my dad recently and my dad gave me his old Reuters cherry keyboard (images attached). I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the keyboard just needs a ps/2 to usb adapter or if i need to buy a converter to use with a modern pc. thanks!

you dont need an aio for anything but i9 cpus or heavy oc jobs just get an nh-d15 or peerless assassin

it has cherry mx clears but from what i can tell it looks like the switches have 7 pins instead of 5 or 3? someone help me lol
