A friend of mine has a Rx5500XT (8gb) from amd, he was completely fine until about a week ago when he turned on the computer but it froze (it froze when windows began to load and there's like a little circle spinning, the circle itself froze and the computer couldn't start), he said that he started the computer in safe mode, removed all the drivers and it ran fine but when he downloaded adrenalin again it started all over again. He also said that in only one ocasion he got an error code 34 (which I don't know what it is). We tried formatting the computer, changing the motherboard and ram but we don't know what else to do :C

He also said that the first time around when he updated adrenalin and it finished the process he had a completely black screen and couldn't use the computer.

His pc specs are:

CPU: I5 10400f

Mobo: msi b460m pro wifi

Ram: 16gb

GPU: Rx 5500XT (8gb)

Remove all the drivers in safe mode, then stop the Windows Update service (in Services.msc) and then fully install the AMD drivers. Once this is done, reboot and see if it remains stable. In the past few weeks especially there have been reports of Windows Update messing with AMD drivers.

Have you tried restarting it?
