Problem with gpu mobo

So the problem is, whenever I solder these two components onto the board the board wouldn't work at all, without. It works for a short period. In furmark it wouldn't even do 5min. The temps are below 60. Snapchat-1519437098.jpg.59d777812489876f0e41a4f4db08a448.jpg
