Are there any programs for increasing the volume of all sounds on Android phones like Sound Booster, but with a larger range than 200%, such as 300%, 400%, or 500%? It can also be a paid program. Please list as many of these programs as possible that have a range higher than 200%.

Why? An existing hearing condition?

How about using an external amplifier, somethink like the Akliam PD4 or Truthear Shio?

I would like to take this phone out to the streets and play political slogans from it to convince as many people as possible to vote for the political party that I support. I am Polish and live in Poland, and the elections are coming up soon.

Theyll never be as loud as dedicated speakers. Also, remember to use quote function in this forum, notifications when commenting on a thread are set to off by default.

There's a reason why speakers aren't tuned to their max volume level, it's because the louder it get the more distorted the sound would be (depending on hardware quality).

So, even if there's an app to do that, the sound will be very unclear, either get some cheap bluetooth speakers or borrow some sound system.

While there are some devices you can change settings in kernel and do things like this, it really doesn't work like this. Speakers just can't get infinitely louder. Over driving speakers is how you get distortion or worse blown speakers. If the manufacturer could make it louder they would have. All this would do is just make it sound worse.

You're going to need external speakers of some sort to have any hope of clear and audible message.
