Internal Multi Card Reader

I'm having trouble finding a good internal card reader. I need high speed, high capacity - support at least 32GB cards (even higher capacity would be better). I need support for SD, SDHC, Memory Stick Pro Duo (including 32 GB Memory Stick Pro-HG Duo HX)... I can't hook it up to a usb 3.0 header because my motherboard (Asus z87Pro) only has 1 and it's being used for the two front panel usb 3.0 ports. I don't really need usb 2 and 3 ports on the card reader since my case's front panel has two of each. Write capable would also be nice.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

What size dimension do you need the card reader in? 5.25in or 3.5in?

How slow will the card reader be if connected to usb 2.0 header? Will it affect the compatibility of high speed high capacity cards? Is there a way to connect it to usb 3.0 in the back of the case, or does it need to be mid board? Would it be better to add a USB 3.0 PCI-E card with an internal header?

Anyone? Please help. I like the Pro-77u specs. What reliable usb 3.0 pci-e expansion card internal header will work best (windows 8.1 64bit, asus z87 pro motherboard)? I don't really need external ports, just internal header.
