First Budget Build! Need help

I am trying to build a gaming rig for my sister and I was hoping for some feedback on what I have decided so far. She plays a MMORPG called TERA and I was wondering how well this would run it. It's my first build and I am unsure how well I decided on the parts. If its possible, is there anyway to go cheaper?Thanks in advance!

For a good budget ips monitor go with this.

Thanks. Decided to go with Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ mobo and Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" SSD instead. Similar price but the mobo apparently is better for overclocking?
