Boot priority

I built this pc just yesterday and have not been able to get some things working. One of these things being the boot device. I have a good HDD in the pc but when i go to boot it immediately puts me into bios and when i look it says my hdd is recognized but i cant make it the boot priority. I need help!

Does it have an OS on it, yes. Was it installed on another machine in UEFI mode? No clue! But i figured it should work cause i factorh reset it but maybe it won’t idk
