As you gave no max budget, i am giving out some cheapish ideas of how to get more out of the build for a few quids more.

I would switch the PSU for a Corsair/Seasonic gold. It's only dozen or so quids more expensive, but much better, unless you are going for really tight budget builds, which you obviously aren't.

Another change i would make is upgrade from 3060 to 3060ti. From Amazon.co.uk you can get one for £423, and the performance difference is quite significant, considering you are already paying £353 for the 3060. There might be some AMD options that would be even more budget friendly, but i am not as familiar with them, so maybe someone else could fill in with those options.

I would also preach the good word of air cooling for sub £100 budget. Noctua NH-U12S costs about the same, but is much easier to maintain for the long term. Or NH-D15 if you are ready to pay some £20 or so extra for a more silent option.

5800X3D does run quite hot, but that's due to its stacking tech, and is designed to work like that.

I know this does raise your budget quite a bit by a £200 or so.

If this is an issue, then i would drop the 3060ti and buy the rest of the stuff i mentioned. You can wait and hope for low end next gen GPUs to be released and buy those when you have the money.

Hi, as you didn't have a budget I came up with this... It will defiantly not let you down while gaming and streaming at the same time and it has better upgrades over time. Let me know if you have any questions, I'm happy to help.

Nice build but double the price of what the OP chose. I hope you didn't aim too high. Maybe offer a second build at around 1250 pounds?

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Y7vFVw

13600k + 6800xt + 32gb ram, even got a 2tb ssd

Yes the 6800xt is used, seen em go as low as 380£ ish on ebay but usually they hover around 400-450£

Never heard of Leven. Is it a good brand? Why not get a gen 4 for a bit more,  like the SN770, NV2, etc?

By the time you get to the sn770 15£ more gets you the gammix s70 which is a top end gen4 drive

Besides speed doesnt really matter that much cause as long as its got dram and is faster than a sata ssd thats as fast as you are gonna get atleast load times wise aside from r/w heavy stuff like high res video editing
