The Corsair CX600 is more than enough for that system with a GTX 770 and will still leave you plenty of room for more upgrades.

My future plans within this year and next year are new CPU and mobo combo thinking of 2500k and just overclock shit out of it and doing sli 770's with h80 loop on CPU still enough

Going from a 3470 to a 2500K is a downgrade, not worth doing

Not if he's going to overclock

Also, if you're going to go SLI, something like the EVGA SuperNOVA 750W G2 is your best bet. I literally can't recommend anything else at 750W at the moment. The extra £15 is worth the 10 year warranty and legendary EVGA support

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - CPU Cooler: Deepcool Castle 240EX - Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC

RAM: 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RBG 3200MHz - GPU: MSI RTX 3080 GAMING X TRIO

your not going to get a big overclock with an H80 to make it worth the downgrade

Is it modular?

If your going to SLI GTX 770's, your going to have to widen your budget a bit to get a good 750W PSU.

And id personally recommend upgrading to a 4670K when Devils Canyon is released because 4th Gen Haswell prices will be dropping then.
