Backup Before Reformat?

Hey, My friend is asking me to reformat hes computer also he want me to backup files

 

 

I assume I must backup

 

Pictures\music\video\mydocuments\download?

 

 

Ima missing anything elsE?

 

is there any magical apps for that?

Kind of depends how he stores things. I personally keep everything (other than programs and stuff like that) in "F:/users/iSaeko" so that's all I'd need to backup. I'd recommend just backing up the entire user and then taking the files that you want from there.
