Oh sorry I forgot. Here's the manual for the motherboard. Looked it over thoroughly, there is nothing about the SATA ports being disabled.

I would try different SATA ports until you see it in BIOS, honestly.

Did you connect the SATA power cable to the SSD from your PSU? Is the SATA data cable connected to the SSD and motherboard?

I recently built my own computer, and part of that involved moving the SSD from my laptop into my new Desktop. It is a Crucial MX500 2.5".

After installing it, It does not show up in disk management. I think it is appearing in the BIOS, but I am unsure.

I had updated the BIOS to the latest version (F2 I believe). The computer already had the M.2 before I put in the old SSD.

Go into the BIOS and check.

Does your motherboard disable any of the SATA ports if there's an M.2 drive present?

It shows up as a PCIE. I'm not too knowledgeable with this stuff, so I assume that's funky?

I also looked around for any settings related to SATA and this seems to be it

Your motherboard's manual will tell you if any SATA ports get disabled when an M.2 drive is installed, not your BIOS.

That PCIe 4.0 x16 is your graphics card, not an SSD.

Check under the "SATA" tab right next to that PCIE tab.

What's under System Info?

My bad. In that case, there is nothing under the SATA tab. Here's pictures showing more information.

So it turns out I'm an idiot, I forgot to power the SSD. Never plugged the SATA cable in I left in ahead of time.

Everything is fine now, thank you for helping me out, and your time & patience.
