Budget (including currency): $ U.S. Dollars $ 100 ish

Country: U.S.A.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Fallout (all of them besides 76),

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I have a 1080ti and want to upgrade my CPU from a 3770, and I want to play at 1080p.

There's no meaningful upgrade you could get for $100, sorry. Full system upgrade is in order. You already have the best cpu for that socket
