I installed Bluestacks to try to hack a game with luckypatcher. I installed the game and a luckypatcher apk file from its site. Just after installing the game (without opening luckypatcher) I tried opening the game but bluestacks crashes everytime. After a couple of tries I decided to uninstall. I tried closing it, nothing happened, so I tried ending it in task manager, no response. So I rebooted the pc to force close bluestacks.

After rebooting, I uninstalled it, but when I went and checked if everything was deleted from the directory folder I chose while installing, a folder was left. I clicked inside (a few layers of single folders)  to see what was left. It was a single folder that got corrupted, I tried deleting it, but nothing happened. I hit shift+del to force delete it, and nothing happened again. I tried using the CMD DEL command but failed. I looked up other ways and someone said to use AOMEI to shred the folder. When I tried shredding it (using write zero method), it popped up saying that the file was open or non existent, and that it had to boot into Windows PE. I clicked OK and it booted into Windows PE but AOMEI crashed, and it rebooted into normal windows again.(I tried three times)

The corrupted folder has yet to be successfully deleted, are there any other ways to solve this?

I had the same thing happen last night. Fortunately, I had backups of everything, so I just deleted the partition, reformatted the drive and moved on. If you don't have backups of what's there, back up what you can by copying to another drive and then reformat it. I'm not aware of a successful data recovery attempt with corrupt folders.
