So, I'm using realtek driver for my MSI b350M Mortar motherboard for the audio. Once I plugged in my mic, I can hear the mic voice through my headset. I've disable noise suppresion and acoustic echo cancellation in the app and also listen to this device is also desable in the settings but I still can hear my mic and it's kinda distracting. Does anybody know why?

Can you please share on list of microphone from Sound Control Panel?
I think that if it really has been disabled, it wouldn't pick up any voice from your headset

Otherwise, it is caused by analog control from internal headset that sends voice from mic to headset without going through PC, I would suggest check on your headset itself.
