Heres a cost optimized build

 

cut down on overspending like the case and psu

 

Upgraded ssd to a high end gen4, a ton better than a crappy dramless p3 plus

 

Rx 6800 although if you go used youll be able to get a 3080 or 6900xt for the same price which i highly reccomend cause new prices are a scam compared to used

 

Rams are now futureproof hynix a die capable of 8000+, cl doesnt do shit for performance so youll only see the benifits when you start tuning compared to 6000c36/40, but hey i guess if you wanted to ride out the entire ddr5 generation with 1 kit you can

It's fine, you can use M-ATX if you wanna cut some corner to fit your budget

But if you're willing to add a bit more to use ATX board, just go for it
