1080p at 90fps?

Hello everyone.

I'm working on a machine vision project, and I need a 1080p at 90 fps webcam/camera that can be turned into a webcam. Does such a thing even exist? I've been searching the web for hours, and no such luck. Anything under $250 usd is fine with me, as is used. Also, any super jank pcb/dev board is cool too. As is crappy video quality, as long as lag is low. (Machine vision doesn't really care) Any help would be much appreciated! Thank You all!

 

P.S., as this is a webcam issue, I put it under this forum instead of under Videography. My bad if that's wrong.
