Reminder that your best bet at your budget is still buying used liquidated office PC from 3-5 years ago in your local area (example like Dell Optiplex 7040) and use the rest of the budget to get yourself an SSD boot drive, and a GPU. New at this price would be about between sacrificing upgradability in the future or performance right now. If you still insist in buying mostly new, here you go:

A 5500 is fine with a build like this.  It’s not as good as the 5600 but it’s still decent.  That would save $40

The thermaltake s100 is also a better case for the same price, it has decent ventilation on the front.

The inlets on the sides are pretty big and let plenty of air in.  It also has good ventilation on the PSU shroud for a GPU to breath.  Compared to other cases at that price point, it breathes well and looks nice.  Also, at $45 it allows for a 3-pack of FDB fans for the intake.
