I accidentally pressed the reset button on my PC, I am very very new to the PC world so im not too familiar with hows things work. I pressed the button and my screen turned off, yet the PC remains running, I cant turn the monitor back on nor interact with my PC, must say, im a little bit worried. The PC case is MSI MPG VELOX 100R Mid-Tower Case

Im impressed at your impatience, not gonna lie.

Reset button basically just power cycle the system, turning it off forcibly and turning it back on immediately. If it doesnt reboot back to desktop thats another problem entirely.

I will admit, my impatience can get the better of me, but I have waited for a good 30 minutes now, PC is still running and still in the same spot

Turn off the computer forcibly. Either through the PSU switch or press and holding the power button. After that, try to turn it on normally, look for any error codes/lights read on the motherboard or beeps from its buzzer. If that doesnt work, i dont know how but try resetting your BIOS setting. Here's a guide written by Intel on it. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000025368/processors.html
