The ASUS ones are very good 760's and the 4GB ones only make sense it you'd be using them at very high resolutions (more than 1080p)

Case: Meatbag, humanoid - APU: Human Brain version 1.53 (stock clock) - Storage: 100TB SND (Squishy Neuron Drive) - PSU: a combined 500W of Mitochondrial cells - Optical Drives: 2 Oculi, with corrective lenses.

my dad's monitor is 1080p but I think 42 inches. I think someones once told me ether he needs to run sli or xfire to gett good res.

the size of the monitor doesn't change how demanding it is

The 4gb version will give you room to increase your screen size so if that sounds like something you might do, then choose that one. The hawk cards, like the lightning cards, are binned chips on overbuilt pcbs so they are very stable and reliable, and probably will OC better.

Just choose from the differing features which sounds more interesting to you and your needs.

Not at all, it's used for reolution and large textures and the like, screen size has nothing to do with it.
