Not working mobo

So guy's i buy a new gigabyte h510 m h mobo and it didn't work with my i3 10105f and my geforce 210 for some reason (fans are working but no display)i do my tests and found that the problem is from the mobo so i buy another one th msi h510 version and it work just finemy question is :could the problem just be a bd pcie gpu port and if it's is it possible to put cpu with internal gpu and it will work?
