Both Moniters Skipping Frames While Web Browsing

Hello,

 

I am running into an issue where my screen on both moniters will kind of skip around for a couple of seconds and then everything goes back to normal. 

 

My Specs are:

Asus b550m-a ac

Ryzen 9 5900x

NZXT Kraken x63

Power Cooler RX 6600

32GB Ripjaws 3200mhz

512gb boot ssd. 

Windows 11

 

The issue is most noticable when I have media playing on my second moniter and then I am moving my mouse across the main one. Both will skip around for a couple of seconds before going back to normal.

I am pretty sure it did. I updated my system to windows 11 finally probably 2 weeks ago and so I don't exactly remember.
