Whatever's cheapest and has the connectors you need.  TBH for karaoke you'd probably be best off just getting some prebuilt SFF PC used, like this:

It uses a SATA SSD but for your use case it really shouldn't matter.  This one comes with a 128gb SSD but a 500GB would be like $23:
