Low utilisation, Low FPS

Acer predator Helios 300 2021. 32 GB ram, RTX 3060, i7 10th gen.

While trying to play minecraft, ill have utilization on both my CPU and GPU and framerates aren't that great either, I've allocated 6gb min to 11 GB max for minecraft java runtime from multimc setting. Why this? Everything is up-to-date I checked.

Optifine is not that effective for versions supporting Fabric. Sodium is the new kid on the block and destroys optifine. If you ever see a modern minecraft install with optifine, dont run away, just walk. It's not fast enough to catch you
