I am noticing a range of networking issues on my main PC. This issue only applies on my PC and not any other devices.

I can't actually pin point what the "issue" is but here is some of the problems I'm experiencing:

1. using the pip command returns the following error (when downloading something):

2. When I created a Minecraft server for me and my friends, both port forwarding and using Hamachi on single player LAN did not work but the exact same thing worked on my friend's pc.

3. In a linux virtual machine, I just discovered I can't apt install anything because it throws an error where nothing is connecting to the servers.

Clearly something is wrong with my network, I just cannot figure out what.

I've been experiencing this problem for about a month, I do not have a proxy.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
