HP BIOS update stuck

Hi, my HP laptop started an automatic BIOS update but it seems to be stuck at 22%, block 456/2048, does anyone know what to do?

Yeah, that is far too long.  Try to call them if possible, canceling a BIOS update is not a good idea.  However I did come across this. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Operating-Systems-and-Recovery/BIOS-update-stuck/td-p/8203583

Yeah i came across that too,

Calling them isn't possible now because it's closed where I am
