i have two monitors on my desk, one is tiny and old, the other is big and new. they run at very different resolutions and the large one is running on hdmi while the small one is on vga. I'm trying to set up the large monitor to display my game, and the other to use for web browsing and such. i have an r7 250 and i have no clue how to do this, is there any particular software i should use for amd cards?

Just set your shiny new monitor as your main display in Windows.
