Hi there, im trying to run BeamNG.drive at high settings. People with the same model of GPU I have, a Zotac 2060S mini, can run at the high preset at 1440p and run a smooth 80fps. My CPU, an i5 10400, isnt stressed at all. I have 2x8Gb 2666MHz RAM so im not sure if thats a tad slow to run higher speeds, but my CPU isnt even being used much, 35% at most. The more I turn up the settings, the more power the GPU draws, but its never using its max power, 73% usage at most. I tried running the high preset at 1080p and it was still only at about 70fps, it should be about 95. Anyone know how I can make it utilise all my graphics card's power without cranking the settings? I've tried going into task manager and forcing it to high priority but it simply resets it to the default priority again. Any help appreciated, thanks!

Slow ram shouldn't matter much with Intel, AMD a different story

You copied the settings from the examples you seen exactly?

How are the system temperatures?

Ryzen 5800X3D(Because who doesn't like a phat stack of cache?) GPU - 7700Xt

                                                           X470 Strix f gaming, 32GB Corsair vengeance, WD Blue 500GB NVME-WD Blue2TB HDD, 700watts EVGA Br

~Extra L3 cache is exciting, every time you load up a new game or program you never know what your going to get, will it perform like a 5700x or are we beating the 14900k today? 😅~

Both of us used the high preset, so the settings were the same. I even lowered it to the default preset and still came up short by about 5fps of the 95 that other users were getting on the more intense preset. CPU isn't hot at all, I can't see the exact temp but when stress testing it, it went up to 60 degrees at most, and the GPU is almost always under 77. No overclocking or anything, I've only applied a new fan curve to it for better temps. Any idea how I can force it to a high priority in task manager? In Minecraft it wasn't using all of my GPU or CPU, and high priority fixed that. But for some reason, beamng won't stay at that high priority, after a minute or so it goes back to the default.
