I don't even know where to start but I would like to start by saying I I was a normal avid PC gamer, I had a normal job, I was a registered nurse I still am but I'm unable to work you see I had a stroke and my question related to this injury which I suffered a little over a year ago has caused me to be unable to game the way I would like. You see my left side has been affected it's weak I have poor dexterity and I don't even feel with my left hand anymore it affected my entire left side, I have poor coordination with my left hand unfortunately this was also my dominant side My real issue here now is how do I continue gaming The only game I've been able to play is Diablo immoral which is a point click gaming style I'm reaching out to you for the first time ever reaching out to anybody  anybody, for the love of God I cannot find a single right-handed controller like the old Nostromo. Everything is left-handed of course it makes sense because you use your left hand and you use your mouse but I have not been able to find a single controller which has both a keypad limited keypad and a joystick like setting anything that would help me to game. I have researched up and down I gave up but now I reach out to you can you help me find something or know or something out there that I have not seen?

pedals would be a good idea. You can still move your right foot, correct?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

Closest thing I can think of is something like the Logitech G Extreme 3D PRO. Using the nub at the top for movement and the rest of the keys are programmable.

I am almost in Tears.  With all these amazing recommendations. I am so glad That I got the courage to approach an attempt. An attempt to try again, I am going to go through this forms and go through everything and let you know what I have and haven't tried. On a lighter now I do have the? Xbox adapter controller. That's how I play. Diablo immortal. I forgot to. I forgot to mention that, and I apologize. But the Xbox adapter controller is an amazing piece of equipment. It's still intimidates me, but I like to use it because I can use it for the extra spells, and it's only two extra spells, but it still makes me a little competitive with myself. Thank you all so very much. Mojo_Doughboy.
