My pc "forgets" i can have bluetooth connections

so i know that I can use Bluetooth with my current motherboard (Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE AX V2) but my pc just plain rejects even the thought of Bluetooth, even though I have previously used Bluetooth (as seen by the pro controller that was connected in settings).

I checked if maybe the drivers were outdated, but Bluetooth doesn't appear in device manager so i'm clean out of potential solutions

maybe you guys can help?
