PS5 update loop troubleshoot

I’ve been having this issue with my PS5, where it just keeps getting stuck in an endless loop of not be able to download the update. I have tried updating through the internet and through a USB in safe mode, but neither work. I have also tried just reinstalling the software in safe mode, through a USB, but that didn’t work either. I also tried to reset the system cache and rebuild the database in safe mode, but neither option worked. I’m just out of ideas and would like help to solve this issue, if not then I guess I’m selling it away.
