I've made a separate post where I talk about the entire build that I'm planning to make, but since there were so many things to talk about, the GPU's noise got lost in the discussion.

That being said, I'm making this one with the sole question to anyone who owns/owned an RX 6650XT:

Is it really that noisy? I've read online that's it's annoyingly noisy. If so, did anyone have this one AND the RX 6700XT?

I know it's not very likely for someone to have owned both of these models, but maybe there is someone here who does benchmark videos or something.

If so, what is the difference in noise levels and performance exactly?

I have a condenser microphone which I use for music, but it also sounds amazing for recording/streaming which I plan to do, and it's a very sensitive microphone so it would probably pick up the GPU's sound if it's as loud as people say. I would like to decide on my purchase based on this as well, not only price and performance since I'm a 1080p multiplayer games gamer. 6650XT's performance would easily suffice and it's $150 cheaper where I'm from so I'd preffer that one. But is the 6700XT significantly more silent?

You usually could tune your fan curves yourself and make your card silent. For 1080P High refresh rate 6650Xt will be enough.  And you could get Cards with 0 Fan mode (silent mode)  hence it will not make any noice while idling.

The bigger the cooler, the quieter the card, at least in theory. You could always deshroud the GPU as well if you're comfortable doing that sort of mod, it can lower temps and noise levels at the same time.
