System Information:

Operating sys: win 11
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6- core and 5600
Graphics: RTX 3070 8 gb
Motherboard: TUF GAMING gaming A520M-
Ram: 16 gb ram 3200 mhz
1 TB ssd

700W PSU

Problem:

I have recently replaced my 5600x with a brand new 5600 to check if the x was defective, following that I had no issues for a week, I then tried to put back in the 5600x and the PC refused to POST with the 5600x or the new 5600, the fans and RGB lights including motherboards will turn on, I can use the MB button too. I tried reseating the cpu, ram and gpu multiple times. My BIOS is updated and both cpus worked before. I believe it’s a motherboard issue but I want to hear from the community first. I will list the methods of troubleshooting I have tried so far:

1. Reseated CPU and paste

2. Reseated RAM and used new pair

3. Reseated GPU and used new one

4. Used NEW PSU

5. Cleared CMOS by battery and pins

6. Reseated cooler

7. Tried a speaker cable but no beeps on power

sounds like motherboard issue, but can you first check the pins on the cpu, and if some are bent or broken off, check the motherboards cpu slot for any stuck pins that may be interfering

Dont forget to mark as solution if your question is answered

Note: My advice is amateur help/beginner troubleshooting, someone else can probably troubleshoot way better than me.

I dont believe any of the cpu's have bent pins, motherboard cpu spot looks fine to me, is there any way to test motherboard?

you could seat the cpu in another motherboard
