Is the price difference between the XM4's and XM5's worth it?

I'm getting a pair of wireless ANC headphones for travel in march. All the reviews I've seen covering this talk about upgrading from the 4's to the 5's. I understand the 5's are better I just don't If they are worth $100 more?
