Chrome issues

Chrome says "Managed by your organization"

I am on a personal account and have no other accounts that would be under administration, i have no unwanted extensions, i have run multiple virus scans with none showing up, how do i get rid of this?

I does sound like malware, what did you use to scan your computer with?

Norton 360. Also i checked chrome://policy/

Only thing there was

AutoplayAllowed
