Motherboard Beeping while started

I have a home build unraid server and it's booted up and working fine however it sounds like the motherboard (or maybe something else?) is beeping once every 5 seconds. Not sure what to do since It doesnt seem like a beep code since the computer is running and doesnt have any problems. Its just annoying to have the beep.

What kind of case do you have it in? Do you have any digital  monitoring devices connected to it?
