Everything Freezing When Gaming

Hello so for a few days now I've been running into an issue where when I run a game absolutely everything freezes but the game and sometimes the game too.

 

I have also noticed that my GPU has been getting pinned at around 100% usage when it happens but I'm not sure if thats related.

 

This is a relatively recent problem as well as before I've had absolutely no problems.

 

At first it was just doing this when I was playing Eville and it feels like it started after this newest update of Windows insider. 

 

The programs I'm usually trying to run are whatever game I'm playing, Opera GX, and Discord occasionally with 

 

The 2 Generic Monitors are a Tablet and a laptop running spacedesk which I've been running for months now.

I have also checked to see if it was me running low on storage as that has caused problems in the past because I'm a data hoarder but everything has suffiient enough free space.

Edit tried to stream with minecraft going and nothing was hitting 100% during the stream
