Unless you have access to the host and can reconfigure the virtual CPU available to virtual machines, you can't fix it.

 

Your OS is running inside a virtual machine. The virtual CPU available to this machine is missing certain instructions the program requires.

I do have backend access to the server. I just messaged my boss and let him know what is going on
