Weird graphical artifact while web browsing

Hi all,

 

This is really weird, I've been noticing that while web browsing, the text sometimes gets rendered very weirdly. I think this is GPU issue, but not sure. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm on Windows 10, using Chrome, latest Nvidia drivers, RTX 3080.
