Hello!

The first thing I notice is the bronze rated PSU. You may want to spend a little more on your power supply for some energy savings down the road. At idle (and under load) your computer will likely waste a little more power than it would with a silver or gold rated PSU (I am in the USA however, so I do not know what energy is like in the Netherlands)

I do see you have a PCI gen 3.0 nvme drive. This is definitely more than enough performance for gaming, but I wanted to bring attention to it since gen4 nvme drives are out now for only a little bit more. They are much faster, but you likely won't actually see that difference while gaming.

This isn't cost related, but I see many RGB parts. Are you interested in customizing your computer's RGB? If so, I would recommend against an MSI GPU. I personally have one, and I've had many MSI gpus. That being said, MSI's rgb firmware (for their gpus) is incredibly restrictive with any third party RGB solution - particularly signalrgb which I've found to be excellent software. Until MSI changes that, there's really no way to enjoy any RGB solution other than their own Mystic Light. I've always liked MSI hardware, but their software isn't great, imo.

Finally, I hate to add to the cost, but I would recommend an exhaust fan, especially if you don't plan on using an aftermarket cooler for your cpu. You're going to want to get the hot air out of the case, and since the GPU isn't a reference (blower) style, it is also releasing its hot air into the case.

Noticed you said you are from the Netherlands and are on a 1200€ budget. The PC Build you went with was in American dollars, and you still came about $200 overbudget.

Here's what I came up with:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/list/chYQbK

CPU: Intel Core i5-13400F 2.5 GHz 10-Core Processor  (€234.95 @ Azerty)
CPU Cooler: Deepcool AG200 36.75 CFM CPU Cooler  (€18.85 @ Megekko)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B760M DS3H DDR4 Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard  (€118.80 @ Azerty)
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory  (€81.90 @ Amazon Netherlands)
Storage: Crucial P5 Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive  (€101.99 @ Amazon Netherlands)
Video Card: ASRock Radeon RX6700XT CLD 12G Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Video Card  (€429.00 @ Azerty)
Case: Thermaltake V150 MicroATX Mid Tower Case  (€69.90 @ Amazon Netherlands)
Power Supply: SeaSonic Core GC 650 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply  (€87.50 @ Azerty)
Total: €1142.89

I went with this the 13400F, as it has more cores and threads. I paired it with a cooler that should be more than enough to get the job done.

No reason to overspend on a motherboard considering your budget, so I went with a more price appropriate option.

Going with 4600MHz DDR4 memory is not really necessary, a good kit of 3600MHz will get the job done. I wanted to go with DDR5, but it seems to be not cost effective at your budget and location. It seems you are interested in having some RGB flair, so I went with a kit with RGB.

In your original list you went with a PCIe 3.0 drive, for $20 more you can get a PCIe 4.0 drive that will be much faster.

I swapped out the 3060 Ti for the 6700 XT because they perform similarly but the 6700 XT is cheaper. You could also go with a 6750 XT for slightly more money and more performance.

Couldn't find the case you chose, doesn't seem to be in stock in your location. So I went with an option that looks comparable.

Finally, went with a solid Tier B PSU that's actually in stock. The one you chose is not available in your area.

Could optimize a bit more that what I have, as I've gone the most headache free build you can (pretty sure correct cooler bracket also is included). If you're up for a bit more risk and slower speeds and less "future proofing," you can downgrade to 16GB of RAM, cheaper motherboard and hope it has the latest BIOS, slower 3.0 M.2 as speeds arent that vital for you maybe.
