There is multiple ones like this. The one linus use is a 3d printed holder. There is clampshell holders (the one comes with every cpu) there is trayes. There is so many of them.  The one that he is holding is this https://www.stlfinder.com/model/amd-cpu-tray-BVMqkXb9/4129644/

Doubt it then.

That screenshot also doesn't show the lid that is part of the print. I know the thread I linked doesn't directly reference these exact holders, but they've mentioned in other videos that they do print them.
