My coworker just started and her laptop is set up to a Thunderbolt dock to two displays.

We are having issues with the second monitor connecting when the dock is plugged in. Third monitor connects no issue.

The only thing that makes the second monitor work is going into either Intel or Windows settings, set the display refresh rate to something different, then change it back to the original. Then it works fine.

I have swapped the dock, checked cables, checked drivers, reverted drivers, updated drivers: issue stays and still the only fix is above.

I even tried two other systems (different specs same Win 11), those connect no issue.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Device: Lenovo ThinkPad
