Razer Viper V2

I had my Razer Viper V2 for less than four months. The dongle suddenly stopped working. I contacted Razer and tried to RMA. I registered the product on their site, so I figured it would be easy. However, I was asked to provide another copy of the receipt. After doing this, they ghosted me. After looking on the web, it seems this is not a minor issue. The sad part is unless someone who has pull does something, I'm starting to think they will screw a large portion of us.

Sounds like razor unfortunately, they're not what they used to be, issues with reliability and customer service is why I've been switching, as soon as I can swap my keyboard ill be done with them

Yeah, I've always used Logitech before this. I'm just upset I fail for the hype. I wish some of these YouTubers that went out of their way to promote it; would at least cover this epic fail a few months after launch.
