Possible audio problems?

Hello everyone, so when playing Escape from Tarkov the people I play with always hear enemies perfectly but I almost never hear anyone unless they're full sprinting next to me.

 

I have the Logitech G733 headset. I also am using the elgato wave mic + software which has the game audio routed through it and have the volume on it maxed.

 

Anyone have any suggestions or if you need more information to possibly help let me know

3rd party max, game audio on 80%. I've been told that the ingame audio usually maxes at 80% but going higher just increases ambient volume like rain. But the headset is wireless as well so I was figuring that probably plays into it as well. I have it set to like 60% because if I turn it up more it destroys my eardrums lol.

Try lowering some other sounds. Like, ingame music? Not required, lower it. Weather sounds? Not required, lower it. Try lowering everything except footsteps and such.
